Definitely don't smoke weed if it makes you feel that way.. I found that weed just fucks me up harrrrd. As I remember things that worked for me I'll post them. But untill then, remember that everyone is like this in some way. I remember I would start to feel like I was special because I had this mental bruise, and I felt like I would miss it if it went away. "but I'm still attracted to my beautiful depression" (cage) Live like a healthy christian for a few days, and revert. Or, maybe you don't have enough going on in your life. Not enough to feel angry about.
I sometimes look at people with schizophrenia and almost pity them, it makes me want to change myself. Btw, I may not be speaking as sincere as I may have about it months ago, but I have been there too. If you think about yourself doing something too much or not enough, just remember, there's a balance for everything. Think about every situation... there is a balance. |

This is an awesome program that is some what like group therapy. I don't think there is anything better out there that can help with depression, anxiety than this program. If it helps everyone at some point in their lives will experience anxiety, some more than others, you just have to learn ways to cope with it. And believe me when you learn the right tools it makes the world of difference. Not only that, but when you share your problems with other people that are going through the same thing, you don't feel so alone anymore and the anxiety will start to lift naturally. If you experience anxiety a lot, it usually means it is stemming from something deeper that you may not be aware of. For example if you have a low self esteem or if you are overly self-conscious, both of these factors can contribute to anxiety attacks. I really suggest you talk to your doctor and inquire about the "Core Outpatient Program" that is an on going group held in Richmond General Hospital. They also offer other groups for just anxiety and depression. |

yes, I have evan been hospitalized by anxiety on a number of occasions. deal with it... smoking the herbs I have found over time have affected me differently from when I was a yungun. used to enjoy it, and now, its too much for my miniscule little pee-brain. try talking to your doctor, if you have one, if you dont, get one. emergency rooms are bull-shit, the people only deal with you while you are in the state that you are in, then... well, bye till next time, and no-one there will address the problem, or it seems to me, they dont really give a crap... not surprizing, they deal with mort severe health problems... sooooo.... take the initiative too seek further assistance, and choke out the problem before it chokes out YOU. and thats about it... Anxiety, is a very serious, debilitating health problem. dont fool yourself, I did, and have had many relapses... take care of your body, its where you live. and if you dont feel that your current doctor is helping enough, get another, they are people too, and people, in general... are fucking stupid.
