how to help a friend...
How to help a friend, who dosent want to help himself? Damn man, this guy is low as low can be right now. Im havent spoken to him in a long ass time, we were buddies back in the day, now he is really really down, and i dont know what i can do, or say, to make him look at things brightly again.

Not much... you can talk till your blue in the face, perhaps point them in the right direction, get others to to help but unless the really want to change and see whatever it is that is they are doing is hurting them, there is a good chance not a whole lot will happen. If you really really want to help, then just be there, is prob the best answer
