Leaving your job to pursue your dream..

As graphic work started to dry I found my job becoming more data business when graphic. Slowly separating myself from my duties I was approached with an ultimatum. That was about a month today. Now on paper I leave in two weeks.

I have decided to follow my heart and pursue my dream of being my own boss catering to my own clients, not someone else. It's a massive leap from financial security to utter chaos but im strong enough and a born survivor.

There is many things still up in the air so I have to be blunt at this time. Well wishes, concerns, suggestions and general advice all appreciated.

right on. I've always found you can make way more money as an entrepeneur (sp?) in the tech field than you ever could working for someone else. Especially graphic/web design. I remember charging some companies $150 a page. . I could have two done in a 6 hour day if I didn't get distracted (luckily I didn't know about FNK yet). Some of them wanted like 10 pages too.

Financial chaos? More like financial freedom. People are willing to pay well when they have no idea how to do it themselves.

Wish you luck myles!!! Alot of ppl can never take that risk and will never know. I always think you can never go wrong with doing what you love and have passion for. Just be prepared, focused and have a posible finacial back up plane/job just in case.

Do what makes you happy. It sucks ass when you show up to work and ask yourself how this is helping you and what you want in Life. Sometimes it's a hard descision but it's worth it. I've done something similar and it was the best idea I've made in a long time.
