Only really the opening guitar is hype. The rest is almost ballady. "I Don't Wanna Stop" gets me moving. And by moving I mean singing into my hairbrush. And headbanging.

I just found some old cassette from the 90s featuring some really cheesy HHC. WOuld be great for jogging but pretty embarassing if anyone found it in your walkman. As if walkmans (walkmen?) weren't embarassing enough.

Seriously though, I was asked to make up a warm-up mix tape for my Senior Basketball team, and came away with this tracklist:

2 Unlimited - Get Ready For This (including the 'let's get ready to rumble' intro)

The Movement - Jump!
Traci Lords - Control (Juno Reactor Instrumental)
The Riders Of The Soundgarden - NRG (B-Boys House Mix)

It was such a hit, the team used it in subsequent years. Y' can't miss on these ones!
