Can't believe it's been only a year since I met so many people. Just want to say thanks to everyone for showing us that this city really wants to party. I know that the future of FUNKTION is solid because it's foundation is made up of some of the best people that Van city has to offer; and with your continued support. We can all make this night a piece of History for years to come.

See you all Friday, and lookout on the 13th because CLIPZ is gonna make ya lose your minds, and the Tribal Mudmen are gonna try and help you find it again!

Barbecued Honey Steak

Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Barbecue Meats

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
5 pounds Beef sirloin steak
2 tablespoons Red pepper -- crushed
1 teaspoon Black pepper
2 Garlic cloves -- crushed
1 large Onions
1 cup Honey

Thinly slice onion. Combine all ingredients well. Marinate steak for 7-8 hours.
Remove meat from marinade and grill over very hot fire.
To serve, heat leftover marinade and pour over grilled meat.
