Thats understandable, but if you werent going out there looking for change, ofcourse nothing is going to change.
Shambhala for me was life altering in simple ways... Not like, blown up spiritual " i did too much acid" kind of ways. But simple little ways that make a big difference.
for instance...
I was lucky enough to meet some pretty amazing people out there who will remain friends of mine for life, and have also introduced me to new friends outside of shambhala. That one aspect of shambhala alone has really changed my perspective for the positive.
and the experience has also given me the confidence to do it again, and do it again PROPERLY. I was pretty aprehensive about going out there till I got there. Its kind of like, hopping onto a really freaky looking rollercoaster.
Scary till you get on, then you do it again like 10 times till your sick. :)
