Feat:
MALENTE
(GERMANY) UNIQUE RECORDS.
Since the year 2000 German DJ/Producer Malente has released three artist albums on Unique Records, latest in April 2005. Apart from his club hits We Came to Party, I Sell Marihuana, dance floor Whore or Funk the Rich, it was mainly his 12’s on Moonbootique Records. The Malente-Sound is not simply Electro House. Its more pumping, breaky, Electro stompers with a rockin & funky feel. All this on the basis of that positive Malente-Vibe. Malente has plqyed shows not only in Germany, but worldwide. In 2005 alone, he travelled the USA, Canada, Australia, Thailand, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia, Greece etc.
Just now MALENTE released the first 12” of a new 2006-album he’s currently working on (due to be released in summer). Like A Freak, which entered the top 10 DCC and has reached the No. 1 position in UK’s breakbeat retailer www.streetwisemusic.com also features the new Move Your Body and a great. Myagi-Remix for the nu-breaks fan.
2006 started off with Malentes new 12” Hot Daddy on Moonbootique (incl. Groove Rebels Remix) and the MALENTE pres. In February the mix-CD Top Of The Clubs Vol.30 hit the stores, featuring a 40- minute set by Moston & Malente. Malente's Party rockin Basslines are sure to have you on the floor. Don't miss out!

U-Tern
(Beatstreet, Brooklynradio.net)
Vancouver basedproducer/dj U-Tern has been slowly turning up the heat for the past couple years on the west coast. As a producer he has worked with artists such as Devin The Dude, Swollen Members, Sweat Shop Union, Josh Martinez, Evil, Birdapres and more. This past winters WMC 2006 saw The Rubs DJ Ayers & Cosmo Baker, The All Good Funk Alliance/Funk Weapons crew and Small Town DJ’s singing his praises for his Electro-Boogie CD “Body Work”. More recently he has been getting worldwide attention with his remixes (“Set Your Flag On Fire” and “Far Left” being the most recent) and his new radio show on www.brooklynradio.net “One Day Later”.
