Apex like always the best Ten beans ever spent, Crazy amounts of people and illicit substances! always good! The music sensational! *bows* my hat goes off to Hirshee for put in 110% in all his sets! *tear* I loved the happy hardcore stage *thumbs up* Myles your Fnk stages we're 2 sweet! but had nothing on the fundamental guys, Bryan quite a get up you had going on there! Arrrg! Can't wait for Edumacated Team Cowbell Good, Show! Tasha - *score!* you got your hat back! way to Flail during Hirshees set. What an amazing party!
It was my first Apex and most likely not my last, partying under the stars in an outdoor venue was such a wonderful experience. Great music, great people and a great vibe! Shoutouts (I sincerely apologize if I leave anyone out) Anya, Salima and Charisse: You girls are amazing, I love you like sisters and wouldn't have wanted to experience Apex with the company of anyone else :) Jenna & Jeremy: I don't think i've ever seen you two so drunk.. sooo amusing *lol* Jeremy I hope you find your chain and cell phone, and I hope to see you two soon. Anton: So good to finally meet you, we had quite the conversation, you really earned my respect and I have a feeling we'll become good friends. Tina & Neal: Awesome seeing you guys, Tina that tent was so cute, and hun you have to come out with me, Sal and Anya sometime for sure k?! Team Cowbell: Never fail to amuse me, Natasha that was such a cute toque, Junior thanks for letting me pass out in your tent, Neil it was great seeing you and your friends again. Peter: I'm sooo glad you came out to Apex, I haven't partied with you in a while. Hope you recovered from your sketchy Sunday and I hope you're feeling better, because when I talked to you on the phone you sounded exhausted. Whoa...Where to start...I had an awesome time at Apex which was the first Apex I have ever went to...I got there around 12ish or so I believe and was looking for everyone for a good half an hour...That is the only thing I got to bitch about for outdoor parties you can never find your crew!...
Peter where were you I couldn't find you and was trying to track you down by asking people where you were and what way you went. I swear I was probably following you for about 15 min and just couldn't find you lol... Shout Outs To: Kimmie- I'm a mother fucking p-i-m-P!!!!!!!!!! LOL...Salute to the chicks man...Remember it and use it wisely...I used it many times that night and the chicks would just look at me and start laughing...Good times! :c-tard: :284: Britt- Your a doll...Don't be down at parties it makes me sad! Holy shit, way too many posts to read...
gotta make dis super quick cauz im supposed to be workin - that was my 3rd apex and easily the best one by far, it certainly helped that it didn't rain this year but i think it was more than that - awesome vibe all round and much, much better music. didn't get a chance to really check out other stages but sounds like most of em were off the hook. Lex and Kev and all the F'n'k stage peeps - excellent job! That laser was pretty sweet, only got to check it out for about 30 seconds but that was enough! Rosco, really glad to see you back on yo feet and pumpin out the good shit - i'll talk to ya soon. Heard some excellent tunes comin from the twisted breaks stage, dance floor was an excellent idea - was anybody breakin' over there?? For all my peeps that helped throughout the day and evening just wanna say thx... the ship wouldn't have sailed without yee. To all the djs that rocked the boat (even though we were slightly outpowered by the f'n'k stage) - ang, akeel, skip-EZ (dope set my man!!), roach, soma, isis, deebs and mr. sinister, eris, mateo, jeff daniel, kristels (i hope that's how you spell your name!?). Shout outs to everyone, i'm not gonna bother with names - too many of them, although (the very popular apparently) team cowbell gets the special shout out. peace and see yall at edumacated |

All of us at Fundamental want to thank everyone who attended this event and made it a party that everyone in the is scene needed. The fact that it's still possible to get 4000 out at the same jam shows that we still have a lot to be thankful for so thank you vancity it was an awsome night!
To all the scally wags, cut throats, and resident scurvey dogs that got in to the spirit of our stage thank you for the laughs and the good times. Mateo: you were born a pirate! you threw down a sick set and that captains hat never left your brow. FIRE! finally my turn for a review.. i wasn't as pumped to run home and type away like all of you.
i had an alright time....it was a total "lets leave reality for a night" kinda deal for me and it totally worked. it was very nice to see everyone there and met a lot of new fnkers... heard sooo many "omg! are you bebufunfun? (while they pronounce it completely wrong). person highlight of the night was the guy who was dancing at the fnk stage early early on the night...he was doing the spider crawl, car dance, pointing fingers, bunny ears...he scared the shits outta me..i took quite a few pics of him though. WHATS UP WITH THE GOGGLES FAD?! wait..another highlight was seeing frances and jason at the party. haven't seen either them for over a year now! craziness. anyways.. kraig, adam and kev's set...and james steele's set made my night.. the energy around that time was awesome! i swear i heard ghetto funk 50 gazzilion times during the whole night.. but its okay no matter what ill still love it...as long as i dont download it into my comp and overplay it. saw a whole bunch of my old friends there which made my night kinda shitty.. i didn't want to see any of them there so i hid in my tent. when the sun started to come out i knew i needed to get the shits outta there.. wasn't feeling too great and i had absolutly no energy left. after getting back into the city i had one of the most memorable mornings EVER. big thanks for everyone part of the hard working crew who put apex 2003 together. and a personal big thanks to cece for working her ass off to get the fnk and sk stage going. thanks for giving me the oppurtunity to help out. quick few shouts adam- i did a good gaurding job and you know it! my vball girls were talking about you again teh other day..omg lol. kamal- KAMKAM! lol kraig- you owe me a massage. fishie- loved the hat, you looked like lil bo peep. miska- sorry for having ellie in your tent..i think she thought the tent was mine...even though she put all her stuff in my tent... i duno. like i said..sorry about that. thanks for the tea! mmmmmm. adam res- nice dancing behind ya. just TOO BAD you didn't find the tent. lol james steele- you are hilarious! nice seeign you again..can't wait to hang out with you again! merlin- you're fucking hot.. thats all. who needs darren when you're at the party. Wow!!!! that was an amazing party..... probably the best party i've ever been to. Had a wonderful time. I as @ the triple a stage pretty much the whole night. Kyle Joygazm's set was definitely the highlight of the night for me. Thanks Kyle... you never fail to blow me away with your sets, and make me realize why trance is soo good!!! Hirshee also laid it down... props to the disco pimp!!! Really liked Fundamental's stage, great idea guys....Loved the piate ship. The Sound Funktion stage was off the fuckin' hook...Best sound IMO.
Anyways i had a blast... It was fun getting so mangletarded... I can't wait to do it again. Hope to see some of you @ Reloaded...(d'oh 5 make-up party). |
