Thing is, the media will never be able to capitalize on it so long as our political American brothers below us continue their ultimately futile war on drugs. Ecstatic debauchery is far too reliant on such activities to make it a commercially viable enterprise with such limitations put on us.

fuck, everyone here looks so deeply into these things when its all just so simple...i knew this party was gonna end up like this..why? becasue the biggest headlinner is a jungle dj and not only that its a jungle dj that not that many people know or care about...jungle dosnt sell parties unless its someone whose fairly big and mainstream, like capital j or diesel boy..this party wouldve went off if you had andy c playing but of course that guy is pretty much unattainable.
like mateo said its simply markets, ravers like cheesey shit that they've heard 1000 times before thats why they're ravers. if you booked azim or tazix the party wouldve sold out hahaha.
raving isnt cool anymore, its hard as fuck to get non ravers into the scene because of the stereotype of raves. also the people who are most likely to go have already spent their time and the scene and have burnt out or gotten bored of it.
