I had a phenomenal time.
It was great seeing a lot of people i havn't seen in ages. Met a lot of new faces. Big THanks to Mikey and everyone at DA who made last night possible. no shouts, cuz it'd be rediculously long *cough*Tim*cough* except...Adrienne- leave my nuts alone edit: Big ups to Crazy Dave for such a good job on the lights and visuals. Well, I've decided to only rave camp from here on in. I don't think I'm cut out to be a raver anymore.
So I think I was there for what? An hour? 40 minutes? I don't rememeber much except for the 12yr. old boys that kept asking to see my tits. What were they doing out so late? Sammy! I'm soooooo SORRY that I left you at a rave! And then stole your keys! I didn't hear my phone, I feel so bad about that. I love you. Thanks again for the ride Charlie, it was really good meeting you. And it was good to see all you ravers, Miska, Tim (creeping out 12yr. old boys is fun) , Jovi, Rhia, Heather (you sure make a great inbred!), Erin (did you get a pick of me at a rave?), Jay, Kenji, Cinist. I'm sure I' missing people but you know who you are. I think I met some people last night. Uuummm.....Robyn, Jungle Queen, Neverlookback and Ulala? I think that's right. Woah i can't believe i went to a party 2 weekends in a row, had a good time kinda. Melo d played a dope set but i was ready for sleep at like 3. I'm so glad i quit doing drugs.

Okay first things first TIM read the shout out i gave to you, that will explain why i wasn't my usual talkative self.
Getting to this party was a trip and a half. But when we finally got there I had a good time. Music was consistantly good. Ryan Ross and yummy breaks from others as well...Akeel for sure, the bongo is sick. Drunken good times. Thanks to Rhiannon for giving me some of whatever was in that water bottle of yours. It sure wasn't water, that's all i know. Miss Erin...i'm sad that you didn't get to play your classic rock set. We all know that is the only reason i came. You'll just have to give me a free showing on Movie Tuesday. :) Thanks to mikey and the DA crew for throwing a good party. |

Yep yep. Good night.
I didn't get there till 10 to midnite, but damn...4 hours of gold. Precise vs Ryan Ross got me dancing from the minute I stepped in the door... then Melo-D...then Akeel (nice set, btw... technical foibles or no. you've got one unique fuckin sound, man). My only big bummer was the fact that Astroglide/Femme Fatale only got about 30 minutes, and I only heard about 15 of 'em. Why do they always gotta kill the speed garage? Why? :188: Great seeing you (shout outs shortened to "you" because I'm bad with names). I go away from this party knowing yet another Mike, and having the name "Lola" faded in blue on my left arm. Rave!! PS: I hear that Astroglide isn't booked for anything, (probably due to being busy in the normal, non-rave world). So so sad... anyone got that cd he was throwing out? I want a copy! Now to lurk around the world for more of that horrible, bouncy shite that makes me explode with glee.... mmm... speed garage. I'm not a bad person...really! =) |

wicked wicked party! was the start of my bday weekend. 19! and my buddy nates bday is the same as mine. Didn't get there till gone 12 and had a blast till the end.
Only person that i remember meeting was CANADIANBRDER. Sitting upstairs. Thanks for the camo rollies man. Good meeting ya. AKEEL! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! That was the best set i have heard in a longtime! MAD PROPS. What was that last track that had the floor upstairs shaking? anyways still hungover and such. Great start to the weekend. I really need to get weekends off of work. Too many great parties to miss. |

Melo-D was unreal! He is such a laid back cool person. On the way to the hotel he asked me what hip-hop i liked, I named a few. He then proceeded to throw down a set tailored just to me! well for the most part. I loved the funk and crazy turntablist skills. Thanls to everyone who came out. I had so much fun hanging with the oodles of people i knew at this event.

It's 5pm and I just got up... yeah I had a BLAST!!!
Did I ever have a great time seeing all of you agian and meeting tons more... Team drunk + mark NICE ONE last night! Those adorable 14/15 year olds were so cute... and when they started to break dance to my set... wow that was so cute! I <3 you kids so much! Good luck with the disney thing ;) KELLY KAPOSKI!!! And the dudes from scotland and england... congrats on back packing and dj'ing... ill have to try that next time ;) And high team drunk 10 for Mikey and the DA you did a great job :y: Ill see the rest of you kids tonight and or thursday at the drink!!! |
