Ok , so i had fun like always. I didnt have high hopes for this rave going in but i must say other than the hockey boards this was the best Solid setup by far . Loved the lasers, but for god's sake just like Dooms Night, the volume seriously needed to be turned up!!!(or am i deaf????). Vibe was ok, but the guy/hot girl ratio was horrendous. I mean honestly 1 in every 20-30 was a hot girl. Oh well to each his own. Spent most of the time in the trance room like usual. Ive been to every Solid rave since IMF 2003, and this wasnt my favorite lineup, but finally it seemed the djs played off each other, and you had a consistant sound and pace. Finally some banging /dark/trance, enough of the sleepy stuff like few Solid raves. Glad the lineup to get in wasnt too bad. Hope that 8pm start wont be a tradition. Havent seen BT since 2000, and remember why i used to love him in 1997 again!!!!! Wonder how the show at Tantra lounge was (went to GTR instead). I only heard a few songs from Kai Tracid beforehand, and i must say i was blown away, love those high-energy sets. CJ Stone was pretty good too, but i hate is cheesy 80s sampled shit, but that dude can sure mix well. Great music overall.
