this is for the show on the 4th.

so very emo. it was awesome. i saw my fair share of black glasses, straight cut bangs, tight vintage shirts, and striped collared shirts.

death cab rocked it. heard many of the songs that i wanted to hear. 'title and registration' was great...everyone was singing along. they really made us work hard to get our encore but it was totally worth it. nice when he came back on by himself at first and sang 'i will follow you into the dark'. although the guy next to me was getting all cheesy and singing the lyrics to his girlfriend. puke.

i bought a shirt. i was impressed. really good show.

my friends and i were joking when we got there about what happens when a group of emo kids get together and drink. he said that they all sit down and write poetry, and i said that they pull out their apple powerbooks and post on livejournal.

Ohh they did the same thing on the Monday night show.

I cried. I don't think I've ever felt so emo in my life. (I couldn't help it. They played a song that reminded me of my sister.. and she was supposed to be there.. and really, I felt like such a dork for crying. Oh well.)

Still, really fucking good show.
