Mylo last night at the Plaza.
So much good music.
So many hot females. Fucking wicked night. Swear I heard some DJ Funk in there.... anybody that drops some miami bass and booty tech into an electroclash set is top notch in my books. fucking so good! i was totally blown away. best time i've had a club in 2006 so far. never been to plaza before and what a bangin' club. the sound was killer in there and mylo made full use of it.
aside from some mixing issues and mylo was fucking awesome. track selection couldn't have been better. i'm so happy i heard 'the sky was pink' and a few daft punk tracks as well as 'jump on it' and a bazillion others i loved, but can't remember. good times. |

I thought his mixing was a little slopy but he droped some sick shit. I heard plaza was a dump but thats not the case. Good seen some peeps i havent seen in a long time. I went to bed at 4 and now im at work. It was worth it to see my favorite dj.

Mylo was great great.... He was rockin out....You could tell he was having fun...which is always good
I Loved Loved Loved it when he played "banquet" by Bloc party.....Hopefully i can find a set of his somewhere with that remix in it.....lots of other fine selections...the few minutes of booty bass i heard was sweet.... After seeing Mylo last night I was just left wanting more... Electro is awsome....even thought he had a few needle skips, whateva....hes more a producer anyways.. PLaza was pretty nice too...the only thing I didnt like last night was the drunk broads stumbling into me on the dancefloor...thats how it goes though sometimes i guess...I'm just not used to that kinda crowd I suppose... the atmosphere was stellar; great sound, 3:1 birds to boys, rammed dance floor and exceptional visuals.
I underestimated the comment a friend made about the visual setup for the night, I was stunned when I saw dirty 80's porn on two massive screens. it was awesome!! mylo was everything I assumed and then some, what a set. I brushed my teeth twice this morning it was so dirty. the dancing was exceptional, I was jumping around like booty girl in a hiphop remix. sweet. special note goes to the girl in white, or girls in white as it turned out to be. at first I thought you were all one person until I realized I was chasing a bunch of look alikes, which was fine. I ended up meeting all three of you and when one was booked it wasn't hard to find another. good seeing everyone there :y: pink 8 is my fave number. |

also the theme from ghostbusters and when he teased us all with a little bit of 'drop the pressure' before finally laying it down sometime near the end of the night. playing 'timber' from ninjatunes (forget who does that track) was fucking killer as well.
he played for almost three hours too...which was surprising and awesome! |

Fuck, I wish I could remember more. Drank way too much for my own good, but then that's part of the problem of arriving early to avoid the line-ups. Only thing to do while killing time is drink, drink, and, um, drink a little more. Did I get into an arguement over the merits of 2 Unlimited again...? |
