If you did have the choice I would pick NZ as I've been to both, but maybe it's my preference for the hot kiwi girls there hehe. Move to Italy! That's where I would go if I honestly had the choice out of anywhere. |

I'll have to continue to lurk around here when I move, I've had an offer to make a visit but I don't think I will make it in my schedule. I love Brazilian people, they are so much fun to be around.

you have no idea how many times I've just packed up and left. There's a reason I don't own much stuff.. that way I can just throw it in a car, or ship it.. and leave.
Where would I go if I had a choice though? Probably South America or Ireland/Scotland... somewhere I could live off the land and live my life the way I feel. I'm sick of having to worry about functioning in North American society. It's all so superficial and pointless. |

For work: London, England; or Dubai, UAE. <--really wanting to be in one of these two places by 2008 (i'll be 26). I'm so lame that I lurk in expat forums and read every little thing I can about what living there is like. I was even on craigslist uk the other day figuring out how much an apartment in an ok part of London would cost.
Why? Because because both cities are very cosmopolitian and filled with tonnes of young professionals who come from all four corners of the globe. There is a lot of opportunity for professional development, and at the same time lots of young people who have the same goals as I do to party and have fun with. Also, living in London would allow me to travel all around europe during my days off (for short trips), and holidays. I feel really fortunate that at any time, I can just pack up and move anywhere I want to in the world without having to sacrifice my career and income. I believe that my 20s are a time to work really hard, and further my education, so that I can play really hard when i'm in my 30s. I'm really hoping that spending a few years abroad will give me a new appreciation for Vancouver--enough to make me want to come back and raise a family here. For play: Greece, Turkey, Ghana, Senegal, and Iceland. |

I would move to Barcelona in a heartbeat if it werent for the bills and responsibilites I have, I suppose I could always go to Peru for a few months and stay with family there, but they all live in the city, and as said above, I too would also want to stay in a more remote location of the country.
