holy hell why is it so freaking cold outside!?
I can totally sense the snow coming this year.... I mean, yes it's a beautiful clear day... but because of the lack of cloud cover, it's amazingly cold!
this morning on my way to work i was not impressed.
walking up the hill towards the sunrise where i'm totally blinded cuz the sun is reflecting in my glasses, and my breath is clouding up infront of my face... my nose running and cold, my little pinkies frozen... ggaaaah... not impressed at all... might aswell be snowing, then i wont feel as bad. time to bring out the board and hit the hills....

Yeah I agree. The weather is so deceiving !! I know I wont be wearing any more skirts or flip flops for a longggg time.. sighh I miss summer already

nooo lol....
my new job requires i wear office gear.. so it's not exactly practical i put on my winter parker or my boarding jacket.. so this just means a whole new winter wardrobe.. dammit. why did growing up have to be so expensive?!lol
does anyone want to give me a shopping spree? i'll be your bf forever!

see i guess this is where my shopping addiction comes in. i have over 4 winter jackets to choose from. from cas to dressy. i need to stop.

I know it may not be cold compared to other places, but for BC people who grew up here and have BC blood it _IS_ cold, especially taking that it's been a pretty mild october until now into consideration. brrr!

I have a feeling it's going to be a long, cold winter. I hope that means lots of snow on the hills, I'm itching to snowboard.

i have two duvets on my bed & am wishing for a third. it's dope having a huge skylight the size of my bed right over my bed but i don't think it's the best for keeping my room warm.

November 1st is traditionally known as "Samhaim" in the Celtic calendar, which basically marks the end of the harvest and the beginning of Winter. The fact that we're further north than the States accounts for the fact that we have our thanksgiving in October, because good luck getting a good harvest in Canada in November. But yeah. Basically, at our longitude, it's Winter as of tomorrow kids.
