Telus HighSpeed problems
It was working fine at this house before it cut off, but I hooked it back up and now every 3 minutes or so it will cut out and have to reconnnect for 45 seconds..
I've called telus twice, emailed once, and they promised an investigation each time.. nothing yet.. they say it might be moisture somewhere along the line.. it's nothing on my side.. the adsl link goes out.. gone through troubleshooting and creative troubleshooting numerous times.. anybody ever experienced this? p.s. thanks telus. |

Don't know where you are, but I'd look into satellite internet. I know a few people out in the boonies, and they use it (and supposedly its really fast) |

i've never heard of anyone who couldn't get shaw because of there location so i find that a bit odd. if you can get a cable signal why wouldn't you be able to get an internet connection?
i hate to be some blunt with you but telus doesn't give a shit and probably won't fix your problem for you. |

hahah.. sunshine coast. There's a local cable company but I don't bother with it. I'm not sure how it operates but I don't believe I can get it up here.
Feelgood. There are some reps that do a good job. When I was getting connected here, there was a hardware malfunction, and the guy kept me posted, told me everything, and followed up on it after it was fixed. I can also see the other side too though. oh yeah.. I don't know why I did, but I plugged in the telephone and left it off the hook because I have no landline, and the adsl has been working ever since.. ????
