How hard is it to spell Ashley?!?!

Really... it's a very common name, I know so many Ashley's and it's always spelt the same.
I know there are other way's to spell it. Ashleigh, Ashlee.... so on and so forth. You'd think the people at work would know I don’t spell my either of those way's or the new way I got today Ashlie (I've never seen it spelt like that before). I mean really people. I've been working here for 5 month's. My name's on the bulletin board and the freaking mail slots.
