I dont like those 'boots' at all.

My boss was wearing a red velvet pair she's had since the early 90's and they are really nice when your pants are covering the part that suppose to make it a 'boot'

i dont know why anyone would put their feet into something like those. is that the cost of acceptance? how about something you wont twist your ankle in, and you can still run or do anything that becomes necessary.

Best fashion statement I saw in Sydney was a shirt in the mall that had a picture of Ug boots on the front, with the words "Not cool" above'm

I concur I've never really been a fan myself. I think a boot should come to mid calf or right bellow the knee. I've never really been into boots that go above the knee as well.
