Regardless of what they THINK of me... they have absolutely no right to harrass me because i have NO CRIMINAL HISTORY... sure i've been questioned for some shit before, and have been around some stuff that's gone down before.. but i dont give a fuck... until i break the law and get convicted , then they don't have the right to treat me like a criminal... My point of view is, that unless someone is convicted of a crime.. you can't treat them like one until they are TRIED AND CONVICTED... Isn't that what the whole legal system is about? Innocent until proven guilty? so why start treating people like they are guilty without any proof? answer your question?

update: I think that word has spread around the station already... cause i called the non emergency line to ask that if there is a from i can fill out to file a complaint against an officer
and shes like "it depends which officer you are going to file a complaint against... cause maybe there is another way you have to complain about that officer" it sounded exactly like the bitch receptionist i talked to earlier... Oh... so now every officer has a different way that they have to complained about? so officer one can only recieve complaints via email officer two can only recieve complaints via snail mail and the other one can only recieve complaints via fucking smoke signals in the forest? give me a break.

Your kind of contridicting yourself on your claims.... So the cops would want to search your car so you told them you had bear mace..... Yet you go on to try and claim to the police officer that its legal.... Now I don't know about you, but if I was in a state of mind and thought that it would be legal (even though in the end I would be wrong)... Then what the fuck is the point on pointing out that I would have "bear mace" in the car? Seems to me that there is more to this story then what your telling us...

and by the way, i don't see how you are going to get anywhere. it's not slander that you can charge him with, or sue him over. he can pull you over if he feels like it, and the only mistake they can make really is doing an illegal search of your car.

Walking into the police station and refusing to talk with anybody (including the receptionist) like an 8-year-old who wants ice cream doesn't really look like it helped your case either.
"Hi, I'd like to file a complaint" "What's your complaint for?" "Mind your own business!" "..." Might not have a criminal record but it sounds pretty likely that your name's come up in a few investigations, especially if you're friendly with the neighborhood beat cops. Kinda sounds like they're doing their job. Given your aversion to discussing your business sounds like they're on the right scent too. What are you, Libra? personally i think either way the cops were out of there boundaries, but you should have asked what you were pulled over for, ad then told them you dint consent to any searches as you hadnt done anything wrong. Theyd have no right to do anything from their unless they can see ure bear mace.

well as he was so innocent, and bear mace is so legal, then he shouldn't have said he had anything in his car, and refused for it to be searched. after all, if they had no probably cause then it would have been an illegal search right?
