sounds like you are doing illegal shit, but I still think your in the right.

regardless about whether what you are doing, they should be obligated to give you the complaint forms. If what the police are doing is innocent, then it shouldn't matter to them if they have a complaint filed.

Id talk to a lawyer about the police refusal to give you a complaint form.

It's shocking to know the rights we have and how cops can take advantage of us not knowing our rights.

One thing that has pondered me are cops at road blocks who do not let people of age hold sealed liquor in a car trunk or carry sealed liquor in a bag with receipt during the fire works. They can only ASSUME that the person will be drinking it in an illegal place and there for can confiscate it???
