I love the people that take smoke breaks at my work...They are always inevitably behind on their work and always stressed 45min of smoke breaks each day adds up to alot of work missed over the weeks and months... It lets those of us who do work during that 45min to shine by being always caught up and allowing us to take on special projects and thus be in perfect position to ask for that raise or promotion when the time is right...

Smoke away kiddies!

Being a smoker makes you useless? Pretty sure non-smokers can be just as 'useless'... care to re-word that one?

If you re-read it, the statement said they are one of either A or B. I'm pretty sure the range Nicole has set up captures about 95-99% of people who would define themselves as smokers. (Essentially I am allowing the possibility of 1 to 5% of smokers being totally awesome employees when they're jonesing for a smoke, which I think is pretty generous, since the very definition of having a nic fit is being able to think of little else other than getting a cigarette).

My bad, I read it as 'A' being one issue and 'B' being the other. I didn't realize they were the same point. :) (That being that smokers are useless when they are having a nic fit.)
