it was a post made by whats-his-name all about how he has no care for others on the road and how if he's street racing and a car happens to pull out of a side street and he can't stop in time and hits the car pulling out of the side street...it's the other guys fault.
and then all of us called him a stupid dumb dumb head and it was sooooooo much fun. i miss it :( -s |

for the record, it wasn't like that at all
i dont want to explain what happened because it'll just turn into me argueing with everyone else just like everything else i say causes fuck i should just stop posting here and stop talking to people altogether |

^ baha sammy you're so mean.
Anyways konrad.. I'd like to ask something. You were bitching about how you had the right away? Well you can't exactly bitch about someone not obeying the laws when you're going 140 mph.. now can you? And erasing a thread because people are calling you stupid only makes you look worse. |
|
|||
^^ actually he was going about 180-200kmp/h street racing with an accord.
and then he complained about the minivan getting in his way, as if he had right of way. it was a stupid post. i just found it funny how he so seemed to think he was right and it was all the minivan's fault. |

you don't think i'm on his side do you? ok sorry.. it was way over 140.. i just made an aproximate guess from what I remembered.. the point is he was waaay over the speed limit, racing.. there's no way he can bitch about the mini van pulling in front of him because he had the right of way. That's called a double standard. You can't blame the mini van for shit when you're going about 200 miles an hour. That's extreeemely hypocritical, not to mention stupid.
haha here we go again.. so much for getting rid of the thread :P |

^^ no no! i didn't mean to imply i thought you were on his side. sorry if it came off that way.
i just felt like putting up what he said.. because well i did. it's nothing to do with you, i mean i agree with you!! what he did was *very* stupid and he shouldn't have done it.. |
|

ok fuck it was TOTALLY the vans fault!!
like for example say i was goign 50 and some guy jumped right in front of my car and i hit him then say i was going 200 and some guy jumped in front of my car and i hit him. its still the fault of the moron that jumped out in fronf of me |

there's a big difference between some random fucktard jumping in front of your car, and another car pulling onto the road where it's ALLOWED.
if you were driving normally and going about 50 and the minivan pulled out, it wouldn't have been a problem. the problem was that you were racing and going about 180. if you had been following the rules then you would have nothing to complain about.. |

Im almost positive pedestrians have right of way only when at a crosswalk. Hence why its called "jaywalking" not "taking your right of way and legally crossing in the middle of heavy traffic"
cheryl, if im going straight, i have the right of way. If he doesn't look both ways before darting out into traffic, its his fault. Its similar to tort law. If im walking down and slip on some ice on your stairs going to your house, its your fault. I can sue you. You should have assumed there was ice on your stairs and did something about it. Similar situation here. Minivan driver should have taken into account the fact someone could be speeding before darting out into traffic like that. |

Go professional and do it on a racetrack, don't risk other people's lives because you feel the need to get a thrill...
Track is all the way out in mission, and is probably closed for the winter. Risk other peoples lives? I could care less about your families and friends. If i saw any of my family or freinds car's, however, i would go the extra mile to swerve and avoid them. and it does less damage to your mom's car... Its mine, and what damage am i causing? I let rpms drop so i don't burn clutch too badly. I'm probably causing unnessesary wear on various bearings in my transmission but thats pretty neglegable. |
