acting offended would insinuate that you felt you were above the law and shouldn't have to deal with the results of your actions. instead, just explain that it was kid that was fooling around with the volume. accidents happen. if you've never received any warnings before, nor have no other reports of loud music, it'll probably get thrown out. |

the thing is friday we had a huge party and the cops showed up twice and they were bitchen........................but this night there was 3 of us and a kid like we were not drinking and we were quiet minus the fact that we didn't look at the volume when we turned the sterio on and mason is known to do that............so they figured we were partying again

Dodging my question i see...
So I take it you pay tickets no matter what, weither you believe they are justified or not? Wake up! theres no such thing as karma! She had a party, pissed off her neighbors, didn't get a ticket that night, therefor, SHE GOT AWAY WITH IT. Wasn't her fault the second time, which is the time she got the ticket. Did the cop even come while they were playing the loud music? nope? How was he justified in giving her a ticket then? Because the fucking neighbor says so? "Uhh hi this is stabby's neighbor, she's playing really loud music!! can you go give her a ticket please?? k, thanks!" |

The difference is that I live in a house, anyone that lives in an apartment should know that loud music is not acceptable considering anything you hear, everyone else on the floors above and below you will probably hear it. If you want to play loud music, do it in a house. Apartments are horrible places to be cranking it loud at night.
She threw a party, she had cops come to her house twice that night already. I'm sure any other noise complaints they got regarding her would of been looked at again seeing as how it is now a repeated offense. Did you guys even bother to turn down the volume after the child turned on the stereo? I will pay what I deserve, I however have never had to deal with such an incident because I know my limits. But of course, you don't play by the rules right? I'm just some ninny following the rules, it's the system man, it's out of "wack", they're crazy.... Yeah, fuck them for doing their job... They're all out to get me... PARANOID! PARANOID! EVERYBODY'S COMING TO GET ME! JUST SAY YOU'VE NEVER MET ME!! Take some responsibility for your actions, or do something about it if you can't pull your pants up. |

Yes I do pay it. I have paid all my tickets, I told the cop who gave me the speeding ticket: "Thanks, sorry for speeding, I deserve this ticket" There is no point getting mad about something like that, you have to pay the ticket, cause you did something wrong. I did something wrong, so I gladly bend over and pay it. Why should the government have to work to get it out of her? |
