Ever heard of change? Just because you're involved with something does not mean you have to agree with all aspects of it. Wanting things to be changed and actively trying to cause this is a good thing.

personally i love ravers there so fun, the jokin that me and my crew does is mostly tongue in cheek, especially since we're all at raves almost every single weekend....or maybe were just junkies....hahah that is a strong possibility.

you're right, you don't have to agree with it, but by being involved in the scene you must have at least SOME acceptance of the downside. it doesn't mean that you agree with it or are alright with it.

drinking is an anti depressent that stays in your system for up to 3 days. some of the stupidest shit has come out of me when i was drunk. i've never been less aware of my surroundings on other drugs than i have been on booze.

just cuz it's socially acceptable to drink, doesn't mean it's ok. AND last time i checked, the amount of deaths caused by alcohol is probably 1million to one compared to x. (i know i'm exaggerating a bit ty)
