Grr, same thing happened to me at Starbucks, I walked in the door on time but punched in a minute late!!! If I had power like that I wouldnt go crazy over little things Id wait then flip out about something really massive. Im j/k, power is evil!!

No offense but I think you both deserved it.... work isn't like showing up to school late. You're paid to do a job and every minute you slack off is losing them money.

Maybe what you need to do is grow up and show up to work on time... maybe even 5 or 10 min early so you can punch in on time. I don't think that they're power tripping at all.... they're paid to make sure you do your job right. Welcome to the world of being a responsible adult... shut up and quit whining. Sorry if I come off rude but its the truth. I think in over 10 yrs working I've maybe been late once.... RESPONSIBILITY KIDS!!!

Yah at my school the fuckin principals all are on a harsh fuckin power trip and it pisses me off that they think they have so much more rights then the students...when really they don't...there are things they can do and can't...
Juss like when they took my bag from me and searched it for drugs...those god damn fuckers :finger: they make me so mad!
But anyways that is my bitch for today! lol :c-tard:

i know it sounds lame, but the best example is this, if your 1 minute late, the company loses 1 minute of work time. if your late 1 min 20 times a year. that's 20mins lost. if there's 20 employees that are late then BAM. 400minutes. IF your the boss that 400 minutes is coming out of your pocket. then what?
it's simple, it's a job they are PAYING YOU therefore they own you. fuck i've had jobs that didn't give you a break during an 8 hour shift. bleh.

My gf is an asst manager at Starbucks and when she was shift supervisor there she did the same things your supervisor did. Its here responsibility to make sure the shifts go smoothly and that people are doing their jobs..... and your job is to show up on time and fucking work. As I said before.... hate to be mean but you deserved it.

Ok Ok I deserved it then but thats not really what I meant in the first place. This one really is a powertripper and not because of people being late etc she just does it because she can, to make things run her way.
And I called her on it too but she'll never kiss my ass, it would probably hurt her back to bend that low.

Yeah be early for work, plan to leave your house so that you're 20 mins early, then you can take your time on your way to work instead of having to worry.

I'm usually 15-20 mins early, and my boss fucking LOVES me for it!

Ok I do that now, and yes I am short but she is no better than anyone else. Good leaders use power effectivly and get people to do what they want by being nice to them and helping them see how to be more productive.

I WORKED AT ZELLERS IN DELTA LAST SUMMER AND THE HUMAN RESOURCES BITCH TRYED TO GET ME TO PIC SOME DIRTY PANTIES FROM THE PARKING LOT AND I TOLD HER TO FUCK OFF AND IF SHE WANT THEM OUT OF THE PARKING LOT SO BAD SHE COULD DO IT AND I QUIT ON THE SPOT .. PEACE BITCH
