real life chucky child!

my niece , as my friends would say is a "terrible child"....she lives with myself and my parents and she is tha devil. she is so freaking bad that it is unbelievable. she is also amazingly smart which is really disastrous combination and it's getting worse. she is only five years old and has already been kicked out of a school! so today she decides to take herself for a drive in the truck. she stole the keys, opened the door and somehow put the truck into either neutral or reverse and backed into and ON TOP OF a large rock at the bottom of the driveway. a tow truck had to come and lift it off. what is worse is she feels no guilt about this! she is mad because she is grounded and keeps asking if we are still going out?
I fear for the world when she is like 14, it is going to be scary

At five years old children are just learning that the world doesn't revolve around them - when kids are young they steal toys from one another and you tell them to 'share' but they honestly have no comprehension of such an idea-- they are their own world

so it may be that this youngin' will be better in the near future
then again she could also be the product of a chaotic environment or home life nad being bad to the bone is the only way she knows how to get attention....
Smart children often act out young, they try to manipulate things to get their way or whatever.....

it's stuff like this that makes me happy i am not yet a momma :)
