sometimes if your bro is doing something boring, and there are opportunities to do something "better" than if they are really your "bro's" they will understand if you bail on them, and then make it up to them later....

Don't you guys think that the notion has a few exceptions? For instance, once you're married, would you pick partying with your boys over looking after your wife and family? As I grow older, the whole idea seems more and more ridiculous...not to mention impossible.
