she ALWAYS calls in sick.......
she bails on me when i asked her to cover a shif that i totally needed off, like 15 min b4 i had to start..........and i live in burnaby and work in new west
so WTF
y do ppl like this even exist?

There's someone at my work that should've been fired a long time ago but, he's friends with the boss so he gets to stay.

She does know that if she bails on her shift that she offered to work for you, it's her responsability to get it covered right?

As for stealing tips..you make note off all the times, document any type of proof that you have against her and take it to your boss's boss.

Heh. This sounds like when I just didn't care about Canadian Tire. I used to be a good employee but for about 4 weeks I just ceased to care because management had manage to depricate in about a week to the point that I just didn't want to work.

The prize moment was when I took a 3.5 hour break on a 6 hour shift. That was beautiful.
