Oh man... I hate people who don't tip. Or when people tell me I'm tipping too much. I always have to slip some extra money onto the table when they're not looking. I worked in restaurants for 4 years.. I know what its like, though I wasn't a server, I heard about it a lot.. heh.

Yes, it's true. FOB asians are notoriously cheap when it comes to tips. Actually FOB from a lot of places including Eastern Europe are the same. That's why in many countries they automatically add a service charge of 15% to 18% to the final total.

lunch rush 20% to the kitchen then split the rest between me and the owners wife who sits on her fucking ass drinking tea all day:)and then dinner rush 30%to kitchen and if its weekday i split it between me and the other waiter ir waitress on, but if its on weekends i split between 3 ppl. Its not a high volume restaurant AT ALL, i mean sure it gets busy but its a joke.like im thankful i do have a job but at the same it pisses me off.
