what the hell is wrong with them?

My bill is sposed to be $35 plus tax. [no $6.95 cuz bell "waves" it]

My bill this month $111.34! I'm not joking.

I'm getting charged for making normal calls, where they are sposed to be free ... as I have 6 months UNLIMITED LOCAL CALLING .. this is bull shit. The same bull is happening to my sister too -

Anyone else have problems with Bell?

cell phone companies are usually easy to deal with... call them up and bitch them out... threaten you'll go to telus... that'll make them fix all your problems

if it's happening to quite a few people, they're obviously having a problem.

try calling them. they mixed something up on my first bill [i wanted weekends, it got put in as weekdays] and my bill was almost $200! i called them, they were nice, changed the charge to what it should be, fixed my plan to weekends and threw in 3 free months of weekdays and i didn't even ask.

Omg I just signed up with Bell with that same 35$ plan I hope this doesn't happen to me.
I'm already paying for 2 phones because my last one was stolen and I have keep paying for it til my contract is over.

I've been with bell for over a year and my bill is always around $125 and i think the lowest its ever been was 80... the service sucks!! my phone never worked anywhere and i just signed up with the 40$ thing at FIDO.... NO complaints yet! my phone is so clear sounding and works really good..... Now i just gotta pay off my contract to bell, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BELL AT ALL!!! everyone has problems with them! :finger:

im supossed to pay 45 bones..and always end up closer to 75-80...

i guess the long distance calls dont help...but still!!!! that a pretty big difference

i think i save money by getting that fido plan and just keeping my telus phone on some cheap contract till it expires.

cell phones are shit. but i can't be without one ever.

I have a $45 plan with TelASS which is 300 minutes free and free evenings start at 6pm and free weekends.

I have yet to crack the $45 amount yet.

The 6pm start sure helps! What is fucked up is evening used to start at 6pm when I had my first brick phone.

if you call customer service, you can usually get the problems fixed.

i've had one problem with bell ever, and nothing since they got fixed. not to mention i have wonder reception everywhere i go [ever think maybe it's just your phone that sucks?]

either way, if you don't like your services so much, stop getting yourselves into contract. seriously. i've got 200 daytime minutes, unlimited evenings and weekends, per second billing, caller id, call waiting, voicemail, etc. and i pay about $45 a month after taxes and charges [i got it before they waived the $6.95] and not to mention i'm contractless, month by month and didn't pay alot for my phone. :P the joys of no contract, i can switch whenever the hell i want. really, some people should try that..

i have a wicked Bell plan...

but their billing styles is crap.. their invoice styles is crap... some of their reception is crap... the ir commercials..are crap...

and ya... i had high bills too... roaming charges killed me..

one thing i like about bell.. you can check your airtime online! helps you from going over.

they're supposed to be changing the whole billing system soon actually.. i wonder when that'll happen.
