I remember when my buddy Bradley got a performance review at Shaw that they docked him points for over performing.
They said that if he gave customers exceptional service that the customers would expect it from every rep. and would make all the others look bad. Don't worry Myra.... I still <3 joo! :kimmie: |

Since they listened to my calls and found out that wasn't case they said its because of staffing concerns. If everyone started taking more calls it would seem like we are over staffed and should let some people go. Then they feed me some corporate bullshit about they told me ahead of time what they were expecting. That is true, but I didn't honestly expect to be penalized so exceeding their expectations.
