Being dressed for the wrong occasion.
When I work I choose to dress well. Nice pressed shirt, tie and my undertaker suit.
Most Wednesdays I try to go to Fred's Uptown Tavern with my friends for a couple of drinks and then 7 Alexander to support our F+K night. Well.. I fit in perfectly (visually) with the crowd and the ladies look NIIIICE at Fred's but I don't really care for the scene anymore. You know you haven't been clubbing much when you don't know the words to mosts of the tunes they play. I then go to 7 and feel more at home. Music is much better, vibe is good, Kaos is going off big time then powerpuffies calls me a 'barstar' since I am overdressed. FOOKINSHIT! *sigh* Sometimes I think I should carry a hoodie and cargo pants in my truck. Last edited by MC Hammered; Oct 18, 01 at 01:37 AM. |

Isn't it more about progression and change rather then a simply superficiality. But I'll reply about the superficiality anyway.
I sometimes dress way down, like Vancouver style down, Cargo pants, white socks, shirt, simply sweater or hoody. But then sometimes I dress way too eccentric, like a pig pink and white dress or something. Or preppish. Whatever, clothes don't mean much to me anyway, they're just fun to play with and make. ~vesperstina |
