when ppl ask me "what do u think of this"

why do they get mad if i tell them i dont like sumin about it?

i only point of sumin bad so they can improve on it..

if everyone says "I LIKE IT.. I LIKE IT.. ITS GOOD"

then they are just gonna think its good and leave their project sounding like shit.

Bad reviews is a GOOD thing.. not a bad thing.. it lets u know what u have to work on.

DOOOOOOOO MA !!!!...
shit

Sooo true. Constructive critcism is the best. I think people get offended sometimes because of the WAY the other person gives them the criticism. Some people are kinda rude about it and use it as an opportunity to put the other person down. Or some people just say "It totally SUCKS" but then they don't give a reason...or in that case, a valid reason. (ie. "Why? Because it just does!!) But when done right (the other person is respectful when giving their criticisms WITHOUT holding back anything), criticism is good cause it gives the other person a chance to know what they can improve by having other people's opinions.

Totally Sweet_E

Yah.. I think some people out there dont understand conscructive critism and how to give it properly.

In my previous career as a investment-advisor trainer at Royal Bank, I was taught that most people dont know how to give constructive critiscm.

They usually focus on the negative. They mean well, but most people find this offensive and get their backs up.

The best way to give constructive critisicm is to mention the negative and focus on what to do next time to make it better.

ie. Wrong way:

Do you like this?

No, it sucks. The color is bad and its ugly.

ie. Right way:

Do you like this?

Well, the color is bad which makes it ugly. Perhaps try blue or red, it may go with the mauve lining better.

I hate people who defend their right to completely offend others with their bad "constructive critiscm".

Hahahaha

I think that's a *trick* question :160:

Seriously, if someone asks you a question like that, you're put on the spot most of the time, right? There are lots of questions like that...

"Does size matter?"

"Do I look good... Do I look bad?"

"Does this go with this?"

"Do I look fat?"

"Is he/she better (looking) than me?"

I think most of these questions were created just to confuse our minds :284:

I believe constructive criticism is the best theory too. Too bad some people can't be just as open-minded with things as others are. Pretty much you have to be on the same page as the other person to give constructive criticism.

Women

Women make it hard because they ask questions that only have one possible answer..

like :

"DO I LOOK FAT?"

fuck... whats a guy supposed to say ?

Say yes... Suicide. Expect to deal with a crying woman or being single soon.

Say No... your only option.

"Do you like my hair"

Say No... Suicide. Expect to deal with a crying woman or being single soon.

Say Yes... your only option.
