I like ass hole customers at work. Because most of the time they are wrong. and then you get a couple options. 1# (this is the best one) You get to make them feel like an idiot. "Well sir I understand you are a very loud business man but if you actualy chose to read the policies like we requested you to 4 times in our last conversation (since its recorded) You would not be paying for a trip you cannot go on and chose to cancel last min instead of when you found out you couldnt go ohhh like 3 weeks ago". SORRY YOUR AN IDIOT NO MONEY FOR YOU! and then they yell or just beg cuz they feel like an ass but there is nothing they can do. oops. :p
2# Hang up on them for being abusive before or after making them feel like an idiot 3# pass them to customer care. (I dont like to pass them on because I like option one more.) Now if your nice. I will try my best to help you out. I can work wonders when i'm in a good mood. But if your rude or just ignorant fuck that. oh and have a nice day :c-tard: |

Screw them! :24k: On a plus side, by working on the service end, it has made me quite the customer myself when dealing with my own stuff! I know good customer service when I receive it, and will be very patient and understanding when needed to be. However, I am also very comfortable saying "put your damm manager on the phone!" when the service sucks. :kam: I wonder what the world would be like if EVERYONE worked a customer service job at some point in their life??? |

Not too long ago, at my job I had a woman who was being abnoxious, rude and disrespectful for no reason. After I finished serving her she sat down, and when she left she came up to me and apologized for her behavior blaming it on being sick and medication. I thought it was pretty nice (and rare) for someone to apologize. . . if only everyone would realize what dicks they are when they order coffee.

well nextel has mainly corporate & goverment accounts, but nextel also has regular & regular businness customers. the company has about 15 million customer & it's the third largest wireless provider in the US... i think at&t is the first followed by verizon. as for paying for the client...i'm not sure what you mean by that. all i know is that nextel is saving huge amounts of money because the US governement is giving huge tax breaks for corporations that provided work outside of the US. but i'm out of there starting monday. rmh also has MCI as a client & the product is their fucking killer long distane package...holy shit, there are peeps making HUGE coin there. if you really want to know PM me & ill let you know what a co-worker of mine made on his last pay cheque-- it's retarded. plus they are hiring-- of course..it's telemarketing. |
