to the original question of the thread:
Believe it or not it actually works back to uber primal cave-man urges. Guys subconciously choose male friends based upon hunter/gatherer/warrior instincts, people who can be trusted to protect the pack. Where as chicks are chosen, once again subconciously, on childbearing qualities. vice versa on gender. Human mannerisms and behavioural science is really trippy shit. just something for thought: next time you're on a bus, scope out a hot chick or guy. next, look at everyones feet. you'll notice how the guys are pointed towards someone they find attractive, girls as well. body language speaks louder than words. |

This is how it really is... Sorry if I offend anyone but its really true.
#1-The truth is unattractive girls can have lots of guy friends without feeling that the guys always want them! #2-But if your good looking, all the guy friends you have now are just patient, they are hoping to get up in there one day. So if you know your hot consider yourself #2 which is not a good thing because you have to realize and accept everyone around you is lying to you your whole life. If your #1- At least you have real friends, but your ugly and you have to learn to accept it. There are rare exceptions to the rule, that is if your gay, but 99% of the time its true. Again SORRY for the truth! PS. im and exception and im not gay :) lol |

PS. J'nette keeps trying to convince me that we met at Arts County Fair....I remember meeting a Robyn, but I didn't think it was you. We even talked. If this is true then how did we both forget!? Well, whatever, looking forward to connecting with my wifey at History of Breaks anyway. Oh yeah, and to the guy that is the 'exception' but not 'gay'. How convenient that you are an exception to your own rule. :P |

I have found that it's not so easy to simply remain friends with a girl. Being that I would hope that the best GF for me would also have to be my best friend. I don't know every girl that I have been friends with ends up creating feelings for each other and it seems like we end up tip toeing around each other because we don't want to say anything or do anything that could wreck the friendship. I just have a hard time with this one.
