and you've tried everything to fix it and still................ zero

I bought a Line 6 Guitarport for my computer and it refuses to work through my soundcard. It works through my headphones, but considering that I got it for recording, it doesn't help much. I did all the troubleshooting steps...... no luck..... tried going on their online support site....... no luck....... gave them an email asking what could be wrong...... give me a copy and paste reply telling me to go to the online support site...... They have 1-800 number to call. Thing doesn't even come with a fucking manual.

so....... does anyone know how to set one of these bitches up? the assholes at line 6 won't help me...
