for all entry level jobs..its all luck. seriously.. i shouldn't be complaining, if i want to do something about it i would get my ass up and apply for other jobs. im comfortable where i am right now..wish i get an extra dollar here or there, but its all good... hopefully my education will get me somewhere in the future. its the future career that matters the most to me.

i personally think cactus would a good job..to each their own right? ive been in teh retail cycle for 3 years now and im just getting sick of it. a restaurant job would be an interesting experience, hense my desire to work there.

Just as a side note, I know I've bought crap I didn't really need cause the girl working at the store was hot and flirty ha ha. I realize they do it on purpose... meh, I'm not complaining. But, as bad as hiring based on looks is, as long as they're not total morons, an attractive staff is a pretty powerful selling tool that employers are aware of.

Actually, servers bus their own tables at Cactus.
They DO hire 15 year-olds to hostess...and the Richmond one actually has some very, very nice, classy young girls hostessing. And usually, they mostly hire guys in the kitchen.
