my inabilty to sleep

fuck man i guess im fucked because im nto working anymore but im fucked..i cant get to sleep so i stay up for thrity hours and then sleep for 8 and the cycle repeats itself.

its cuz of the blue moon or w/e .. its been out every nite for almost a week now ithink

stay awake for 3 days then go to sleep when u wanna fall asleep .. start a new cycle

i could NOT sleep last night. i got home from work around 1am. went to bed around 3ish since i had work again at 9am. finally fell asleep around 6:30ish in the morning.. only to have my alarm wake me up at 7:30. :\

same thing happened to a few people i talked with at work today.

If you're not opposed to drastic measures, "Nyquil" or "Niocitrin" both are over the counter medication that has a lot of sleep inducing ingredients.

For a more natural remedy, try cannabis.

but like all those, they only work good if you can get a full night of sleep with them.
