some advice for consumers

saying "i'll take my business elsewhere" means nothing to the person you're dealing with unless they are a sales associate.

people like me, who work the phone at work, would just as quickly answer "i'll take my business elsewhere" with "ok suck my dick, thanks"

one other note, if there is a problem, being nice, makes me actually want to help you solve the problem. while, you being a dick, WILL make me stall. politeness goes a long way. and being a hardass does not.

agreed, and often times the sales associate does't give a fuck either. If a customer's giving me atittude, I'd rather them just leave cause it's their loss and not mine anyway.
