I was Paying Rent when i was 15 for fuck sakes....400 bucks each and every month...but its all about to change...hehehe im moving out...ya bay bay ya...get a place of my own....

I paid $200/month from when i turned 18 since i wasn't going to school. Now that i am, im not expected to. Wouldn't change a thing, I thought it sucked royally at first, but hey welcome to the real world.

If I'm going to school then I don't. If I'm not going to school then I have to. When I was really sick and not able to anything but sleep (also not going to school) I did not.

I don't think its wrong for them to ask - they support you it's only fair you help them out. Plus I know a lot of parents that do what Winston's parents did, put it into some kind of account/mutual fund.

Most people I know that live at home pay between $250 - $400
