So i'm at my cousins house for a bit and he offers me a beer, so im thinking whatever one beer, no big deal. So I hang out for one beer and take off, just my luck I drive right into a road block. So the cop asks me what i've had to drink, I tell him I had a beer and I think he'll let me thru..............NO!

Starts asking me why my eyes are red, tells me to pull over. I blow the fucking thing and it says I fail, WTF!! So I get a 24 hour and my car gets towed. This is complete crap, he even said that he knows im not drunk but he can still give me a 24 hour suspension. I swear they have a deal with tow companies to make some extra cash.

FUCK YOU COPS!!

woh one beer? Thats mad... I know cops will let you by even if you had say a couple or two... but the test for one and you fail?

How is that doing there job, he said himself that he knew I wasn't drunk. That machine is fuckin bullshit, I know ppl that have passed it while they were piss drunk!

^ the legal limit is .08, which means that if you blow OVER that amount, they HAVE to give you a suspension.

However, if you blow over 0.0 AT ALL, it is up to the officer's discretion whether or not to give you a suspension.

Which is why, if you have been drinking, do not tell them you have been drinking. Duh?

i've lost my license for a month for blowing under 0.0002. I've also lost if for 3 monthes for uncesessary noise.

yeah always say no.. that way you have a chance of not getting tested... even if they make you do it anyways what are they gonna do arrest you for lying to them?
