I'm usually always pretty tired it seems too, but I think that easily I could lay down and sleep anywhere at anytime juuust fine.
In the last month I've been having really bad insomnia at night, I can fall asleep fine, but I haven't managed a really restful sleep in a long time. I'll be up after 2-3 hours of sleep for an hour or two, and then maybe fall asleep for an hour and then I'm wiiide awake. So anything over 3-4 hours in a night is seriously appreciated. The funny part is I've noticed that since this has happened, I'm not so exhausted all the time, I've also cut down my 3+ coffee a day habit down to only one occasionally in the mornings. I think the truth is, I've turned into a complete and total zombie. haha |

if i could stop partying for an extended period of time id get more then my usual 4-5 hours of sleep a night.
did you know the human body needs 9.5hours of sleep to fully restore normal immune system function. A weak immune system= lots of free radicals, stress, feeling tired, and is suspect to aid in cancer :( |
