I eat a lot. It's actually kinda scary... Ask Erin.. she lived with me for a year.

But I think it's all catching up to me.. cause I eat and 30mins later I'm hungry again..

How did I notice I got fat... I put on a pair of pants today.. that fit me perfect usually.. I put them on.. and couldnt breath. It sucked.
But I will fit in to those pants perfectly again... I promise myself that.

I thinkI just need to get more active.. and it needs to be summer again.
I miss it.

I go by the Jughead philosophy.

If you enjoy your food enough it won't touch you.

I bet its because your eating food that is made of white flour
(pasta/white bread) or has glucose/fuctose...

Those ingrediants are HIGHLY addictive makeing you want more.
If you had say one or two pieces of whole wheat bread... you would feel full.
If you had two pieces of white bread... you would probly be able to eat the whole loaf with out feeling full.

I also find pasta and white flour products really tire you. This makes you look for more energy... therefore eat more.

Another reason could be your eating habbits. One of Richard Simons biggest deals is DO NOT EAT IN FRONT OF THE TV!!! Sit down and eat at the table.

If your the kind of person who likes to much on things... get in the habbit of munching on grapes, carrots, rice cakes, or antything else thats low in calories. Also put a portion in a bowl so when its done you dont go back reach in the bag every 5-10 minutes!

One more thing... I shurnk my stomach when I was backpacking in Australia. Their eating habbits are much smaller food portions. I was also on a tight buget :P
Anyways by the end of a year there I was able to feel full after one meat pie! Learn to reconize when your full and when your just craving more food.

Your body naturally stores fat throughout the winter, so people are more likely to gain a few pounds over the cold weather. But as soon as the seasons change you body will too. when its warm out your body wont need the fat to keep warm, so it will burn it off.
