fortunately for me I have been too lazy to go grocery shopping/make dinner for awhile.which means no food.which means no extra pounds. try this as a quick and easy solution.

ive got so much chocolate around here...don't people know that i dont like chocolate! stop giving it to me for xmas! its just gonna go to waste.

Its not like i don't eat... especially over christmas..but i was so lazy and drunk that i ate butter tarts and shortbread for many meals.. I just hate cooking when im hungry cause then by time your done your not hungry and more.. so two thumbs up for cereal..

I don't think that made a whole lot of sense

I'm Hypothyroid... I get bored and fall asleep or just plain forget to eat. Doesn't really help that much as my Metabolism drops like a stone as well. *shrugs* What was I posting about aga..................................... ........................................

it really doesnt matter what you eat & to an extent how much you eat over winter or anytime. i didnt gain any weight over the holidayz and i ate soooo much, but i also made sure i kept up my work out schedual...i made sure i worked out for at least 45 min - 1 hour 6 days a week(even xmas day)
