second languages are hard!
i'm talkin with a 12 year old that lives in spain and i'm not understanding anything she is saying. like i know some spanish but she's damn smart! one of the only sentences i know how to say is "mi espanol es muy terrible", very practical. ahh what the hell does "as estado en estados unidos" mean? out smarted by a 12 year old! why does this always happen to me!
and what the hell is up with everyone forgein thinking that Canada and the US are the same!?!?!? pisses me off SO much! Last edited by ty_guy; Jan 30, 05 at 03:00 AM. |

A great way to learn another language is to watch fun t.v. shows in the language you're trying to learn..
I speak Japanese fluently as it is, but over the summer, renting Japanese dramas made tweaking my Japanese so much more fun. It didn't feel like a learning process, I was just absorbing it naturally and having fun while at it. |
