sore!
So lately I've actually been 'doing more' like yoga in the morning and long walks in the evenings and I fairly certain I'm out of shape because some of my muscles are pretty sore, especially in my back and arms.
I know this is a 'good thing' and will 'go away' but it's still soo uncomfortable at times. |

i did a killer weight workout at the gym yesterday
weight training is really good for you if you're trying to get into shape most girls think they'll get all muscular and shit if they weight train with weights that are heavier than 5-8 pounds, but this is not true. we don't have enough testosterone in our systems to build too much muscle mass. and if you weight train, you burn fat when you're not at the gym, unlike cardio which doesn't really increase your metabolism by that much anyways, squats and lunges were my friends last night tonight will be arms, stomach and cardio |
