Sure, none of that stuff is gonna help him when he wants to get his license, but the whole system's a joke, anyways. My friend got pulled over doing 110 on King Ed in his dad's SL500 with no license whatsoever (so I guess that means he's not insured either) when he was 15. The only thing the cop did was give him a big ticket (like 400 bucks or something) and made his mom come pick him up. So, get this, his mom shows up in her car, jumps in the SL and drives off, the cop leaves satisfied that he's made a difference today, and my friend gets in his mom's car and takes it home. Now, how out of it do you have to be to leave the unlicensed kid on the street with a different bloody car!? It's funny because we let them have guns.

I got a speeding ticket with an N a loooong time ago when they were "easier" on ppl going thru the graduated licensing system, and they still wanted to suspend my license! I would just pay the fine and be thankful you didn't get grilled for everything you should have.
