I think its just a human impulse for men to look at women... like holding your arms up when someone throws something at you... quick glances though, not full on stares... I don't know... done that before and won=) tho i normally give people a reason to stare at me. i have my music where ever i go so when it's playing i'm remotely dancing to it. people watching is a fun thing to do. i've actually had some guy come up and threaten to kick my ass for lookin at her girl's tits but i had a logical excuse. she had one of those shirts with writing on it and my eye sight isn't pefect so it takes me a while to read. expecially when the twins were all bouncin around from the bus.

heh, yeah, i usually have my art book or some form of entertainment with me when im on public transport so i just dont look up, so if someones looking at me i cant see :p buut yeah, when there is someone looking at you for a long peroid of time it can be very uncomfortable :(
