i was getting headaches almost daily for about 4 years or so. it took me and the doctors awhile to figure out it was something to do with my sinuses and that i would need to control my allergies to do anything about it. so i've been getting those weekly allergy therapy shots for about 6 months now and now only feel the headache pain maybe once every two weeks. i'd say that its working.
i'm not saying thats what it is, i'm just sayin...
with the insomnia... if i drink anything caffeinated after about 3 in the afternoon i get that same thing. you might want to try cutting that out in the later part of the day and see if it helps. *shrug*
