so,the restaurant i was working for was sold officially one week ago,i was given my 2 weeks lay off notice like 2 weeks ago. The new owner wanted to keep me on and i agreed,worked for him one day and then quit cuz he was a fucking cunt.
So anyways,on Monday I received my final pay check from the previous owners including my vac.pay.I direct dposited both checks and pretty much ran through most of that money this week. Last night rolls around im at emily carr for an aquaintance of mine grad thingie...i go to use the atm machine at the backstage lounge...and it said nsf?! Im like ok wtf I just took out money no problem last night and I had like $100 left in my account,so I do my telebanking thing and it says im like $400 over drawn?! So at this point im a raging psycho so I call my mom to see if she can go online for me and see wtf is up with this overdrawn bs...and shes like oh its nsf`s from your final pay check and vac pay. So i give her my old bosses phone number,she calls him and speaks with his wife and apparently his wife had no idea wtf is going on and said shed get him to call me tomorrow. Its now tomorrow 11:09am...the mother fucker still hasnt call me and im still $400 in the fucking hole. I have NO money to buy my mom a mothers day gift because the cash that I had in my account was gobbled up by the nsf and then theres the rest thats outstanding of like 4bills. Now,Im not going to be able to cash my pay check from my new job till this fucking shit gets figured out,if its not figured out by tomorrow im going to the police and charging him with fraud,and then im going to go to cra and have them hopefully audit him because he was a fucking shiester. What I dont understand about this is HOW THE FUCK,can there be nsf on thier business account when they just sold thier fucking business?I mean sure it could have taken some time for the check to clear,but thats irrelevant. The business account still should have had money in it. Basically I think this cunt mother fucker is trying to fuck me,and if thats the case im going to bomb his fucking house. Im so fucking angry and hurt right now,and I feel like a great big fuck head because I cant get my mom JACK SHIT for mothers day,just because some stupid fuck doesnt know how to keep money in his fucking business account.

Your mom will totally understand your situation. Why not make her a meal or wash her car or clean the house for her? Gestures mean just as much as material gifts to most moms. When you get your dollars back, you could buy her some flowers or something if you really want.

hahahaha,funny.
everything was worked out today,thank fucking god.Turns out the landlord of the restaurant cashed checks that were not supposed to be cashed thus causing the nsf with my check and causing other nsfs my ex-boss had written as well.
